Sap service manager

Our client, a leading Spanish brand with global retail presence, is currently seeking a IT Corporate Service Manager to guarantee the operation, stability and service quality of its corporate technology platforms. The main responsibilities as Corporate Service Manager will be: - Owning end-to-end service and support for the assigned corporate systems. - Managing incidents, problems and requests (JIRA/ITSM), prioritizing by business impact and acting as operational SPOC while ensuring SLA compliance. - Managing vendors and partners (SAP AMS, integrators, PLM, analytics), including performance tracking, steering committees and improvement roadmaps. - Overseeing changes in production, ensuring end-to-end alignment, quality/testing and minimizing risk during deployments and transitions. - Reviewing new projects to align them with business needs and existing legacy systems, controlling delivery quality, recurring cost impact and correct rollout of solutions. - Supervising OPEX budget for corporate applications, maintenance and licensing, proactively working to control and reduce costs. - Driving governance and operational control: backlog tracking, service KPI monitoring, proactive risk management and reporting to IT Management and the business. - Acting as the key point of contact between IT and business areas including Finance, Logistics/Operations, Product & Sourcing and People, ensuring tools and solutions meet their requirements. The requirements for the position are: - University degree. - 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar Service Manager role. - Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP consulting. - Solid knowledge of SAP Finance (FI) and Logistics modules. - Valuable: experience with SAP System Administration, Centric PLM, and SAP integrations (IDocs, PO, Integration Suite). - Valuable: ITIL/ITSM/Jira training or certification. - Strong communication skills, service-oriented mindset, high analytical capacity and prioritization skills. - Advanced English (C1).
