- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal strong skills
- Business language and tools acumen
- Certificate of Professional Competence in Basic Floor and Accommodation Operations (HOTA 0108) or equivalent experience demonstrating the knowledge required for the role.
- 3+ years total experience in a luxury hotels enviroment
- Direct supervisory experience over a Housekeeping team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Must speak local language- Spanish and English in a high level is a MUST
- Position may have additional qualifications per brand standard
- Knowledge and experience in the laundry/linen department would be an advantage.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong focus on luxury and ultra-luxury customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Experience with OPERA/OPERA Cloud + HUB or similar operating systems would be an advantage
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, excluding days off
