Key Responsibilities: - Business-Technology Liaison: - Act as the primary bridge between business units and IT teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of objectives. - Facilitate workshops with key users and stakeholders to gather insights, share knowledge, and foster engagement throughout project lifecycles. - ERP System Evolution: - Drive the functional development of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations by identifying opportunities for process optimization and enhancement. - Define functional solutions aligned with corporate processes and Microsoft best practices while configuring relevant modules within D365 F&O. - Project Management: - Manage end-to-end project cycles from conception through delivery, ensuring successful production deployment within the ERP system. - Coordinate internal developers and external partners to implement robust solutions on time and within scope. - Compliance & Quality Assurance: - Ensure adherence to financial, fiscal, and regulatory requirements by participating in audits and supporting internal controls within D365 F&O. - Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, procedures, test cases, user support materials, and contribute to user acceptance testing. - Continuous Improvement: - Supervise functional designs, technical developments (including X++), integrations, automations, and validate deliverables to maintain quality standards. - Support user training initiatives to embed new capabilities across teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. What You Bring: To succeed in this role, candidates should possess: - Experience: At least five years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in implementation or advanced support roles within regulated environments. - Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of financial processes such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), budget management, financial reporting, audit procedures, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in D365 F&O architecture; familiarity with X++, SQL Server or Python; experience integrating APIs or using Power Platform is highly valued. - Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with business users at all levels—including senior management—and excellent communication skills for gathering requirements and negotiating priorities. - Multilingual Capability: Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum B2-C1 level) is required; additional languages are advantageous. - Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with attention to detail; strong documentation skills tailored for diverse audiences. - Certifications & Multinational Experience: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or experience working in multinational environments are considered strong assets.
