Advertised Position Title: Applicant Pool for Adjunct Faculty, Accompanist, Music Program Job Description: Instructor will teach classes for Workforce Community Services. Instructor will represent the college in a professional manner while instructing WCS students. Depending on the class, instructor will be responsible for course content. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Must have knowledge of rehearsal techniques and working with ensemble or applied lesson instructors in an educational setting. - Must be a skilled piano player able to adapt to different musical styles or genres. - Must have the ability to manage multiple performance assignments as well as preparations for all required performances. Essential Functions: - Accompany applied lessons or ensembles as assigned. Other Characteristics: - Applicant must be able to work well with faculty and students to create professional level performances and experiences. Minimum Education/Experience: - High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) - Minimum 3 years accompanying experience for a regularly performing ensemble.
