As a Software Engineer / AI Engineer, you will help design, build, and scale high-performance systems across AI, distributed systems, and modern software engineering. About the Role: We are looking for a Software Engineer / AI Engineer with 2-5 years of experience who enjoys building products end-to-end and solving complex technical problems at scale. You will contribute to the development of core platform capabilities, scalable backend systems, distributed infrastructure, and AI-powered products used in demanding real-world environments. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and platform infrastructure. • Develop production-grade software from architecture and design through deployment. • Build and optimize distributed systems processing large-scale workloads. • Improve system reliability, scalability, performance, and observability. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver high-impact features. • Contribute to technical architecture and engineering best practices. • Support the deployment and scaling of AI-powered solutions in production environments. • Identify technical challenges and proactively drive solutions. Required Qualifications • 2-5 years of experience building and shipping production software. • Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving abilities. • Experience with Python and modern backend frameworks such as FastAPI or similar. • Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases. • Familiarity with React, TypeScript, or modern frontend technologies. • Experience designing and operating distributed systems. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, AI Agents, or Machine Learning systems. • Knowledge of event-driven architectures and asynchronous workflows. • Experience building real-time applications. • Previous experience in high-growth startups or technically demanding environments.
